ViuPost XIP comes standard in an integrated 2-way foldable design. When folded, both LED sides face outward for flexible dual-sided display operation that simultaneously allows for easier portability and maneuvering thanks to a more compact footprint.

The weatherproof design is low profile for sleek aesthetics with fanless heat dissipation for efficiency and lower maintenance. A foldout decorative edge trim conceals and protects the multi-unit locking mechanisms for a cleaner look and includes a magnetically attached decorative top hat when the unit is folded.

ViuPost XIP incorporates MicroLED-In-Package (MIP) LED technology to deliver an exceptional brightness level of 4,000 NITS with a high resolution while maintaining an ultra-high contrast ratio of 20,000:1 for image vibrancy and light absorption. A common-cathode design maximizes power efficiency and heat generation for a fully fanless heat dissipation, where it can operate in hot or cold climates. A UV-resistant protective pixel coating ensures maximum pixel durability and waterproofing of the LED surface.

The IP55-rated design ensures critical internal components are fully sealed while still offering ease of access for multi-unit linking and ease of maintenance. The folding trims and included magnetic tophat give added weather resistance for both folded and unfolded operation. A level 8 wind-rated, heavy-duty rolling base includes leveling stabilizers to ensure optimal safety in the event of windy conditions. The base unique offers a sealed enclosure for the media player with IP-rated connectors at the bottom.

Despite a foldable and weatherproof design. ViuPost XIP still allows users to physically connect multiple units to form a large uniform LED display that is completely seamless and free of bezels. Delivering the same image vibrancy found in a conventional, modular LED video wall, but with quicker setup time and less hardware for simplified deployment.

ViuPost XIP can support up to 6 units (1.8mm pitch) linked together to result in a true native Full-HD resolution for 4K-like visuals at scale.  The intuitive hardware design makes it easy to align and lock together adjacent units without disassembly or concerns for weatherproofing. With the fold-out trim, clean aesthetics are maintained on the sides.
