Retina-3IP is a performance-driven, 3.9mm IP65-rated outdoor LED Video Wall Panel featuring outdoor Black LED technology and dual-drive calibration functionality for true Hybrid Indoor/Outdoor use instances. The bespoke high-output blackface LED pixels is non-reflective to sunlight providing better visibility in high-ambient lighting conditions at lower brightness levels while maintaining an ultra-high-contrast image in both indoor and outdoor applications.

Retina-3IP features a high-refresh rate and ultra-low scan rate along with HDR/HLG-ready advanced color processing and ultra-low latency capabilities to suit the most critical optical applications that embrace exceptional on-camera performance with uncompromised color-to-content accuracy. Retina series panels feature a modular, robust design and road-ready functional hardware features that provide a dynamic, reliable solution that can meet and exceed the standards for high-resolution LED displays.

Outdoor Black LED Technology

High-output, high-contrast blackface LEDs that provide ultra-high contrast image that is anti-reflective from sunlight for optimal visibility in all lighting conditions, HDR10 / HLG-ready with a 22Bit+ grayscale to deliver smooth gradients across color transitions. Optional refresh rates up to 7,680Hz.

Dual-Drive Modes

Dedicated calibration operating modes for optimal colors and brightness that best suit ambient lighting conditions for indoor and outdoor use applications for a true hybrid indoor/outdoor solution.

Advanced Processing

Optimized to support advanced processing solutions including NovaStar, COEX VMP, COEX 5G and Brompton Tessera with Ultra-Low Latency capabilities.

Easy Serviceability

Magnetic modular LED sections for easy, tool-free serviceability from the front or rear of the screen. High-stability, cable-free connections with a detachable modular power supply housing. Universal module and power control unit between panel sizes.

Creative Flexibility

Optional curving. Cross-compatible panel sizes with hanging and ground stacking capabilities.

Optical Performance

Retina-3IP features a 3.9mm pixel pitch that delivers crystal-clear content from close viewing distances. High-output, high-contrast blackface LEDs deliver 3,500 NITS of brightness that is less reflective to sunlight and external-lighting elements that maintain a vibrant image and black levels even in direct sunlight.

Retina IP models offer dual-drive calibration modes to retain color quality and accuracy at optimal brightness levels that align with ambient light conditions in indoor and outdoor instances. Providing a true, hybrid indoor/outdoor solution with compromises. Even when brightness levels are reduced, the color quality is maintained to ensure true universal indoor and outdoor usage.

Retina-3IP is designed to provide optimal on-camera performance with a standard  7,680≥ Hz refresh rate and an ultra-low 1/8 scan rate to reduce the number of LEDs turning off, further reducing the potential for artifacts to show on cameras.

Creative Function - Reliable Modularity

Retina series panels offer optional, convex/concave capabilities that provide dynamic flexibility for creative deployment in a variety of applications. Retina panels can be flown or ground-stacked effortlessly and are cross-compatible with 500x1000mm (19×39″) panels for specific screen size requirements.

Retina-3IP is front and rear-serviceable with magnetically attached, weatherproof LED modules for easy user-level service and maintenance. Direct connections between modules and internal components, free of flat ribbon cables, ensure high stability and low maintenance. A fully detachable, easy-swap power supply housing make user-level serviceability quick and efficient guaranteeing minimal downtime. LED modules and power supply housings are universal, being compatible with both 500x500mm and 500x1000mm panel sizes to ensure spare parts hardware continuity.
