Retina-2.6X is a 2.6mm, performance-driven high-resolution LED Video Wall Panel designed to provide refined image detail at close viewing/shooting distances complimented by advanced color rendering. Retina-2.6X integrates bespoke blackface LED pixels to provide a non-reflective, ultra high-contrast image with HDR/HLG-ready advanced color processing and ultra-low latency capabilities to suit the most critical optical applications. Its high-refresh and scan rates offer an extremely responsive display solution that embraces exceptional on-camera performance with uncompromised color-to-content accuracy. Retina series panels feature a modular, robust design and functional feature set that provide a dynamic, reliable solution that can meet and exceed the standards for high-resolution LED displays.

Optical Performance

With over 73,000 individual LEDs per panel, Retina-2.6X provides a high pixel density that can provide an increased level of content detail that allows images and media to remain detailed at close viewing/shooting distances. The low-profile compact pixel design reduces moire on camera as the bespoke blackface LED pixels provide a native ultra high-contrast image that maintains optimal brightness while providing a non-reflective surface against external lighting sources. A standard 7,680≥ Hz refresh performance with low-scan rates solution provides an exceptional, broadcast & film-ready, on-camera appearance that’s free of artifacts.

Black LED Technology - Optimized Color Quality

With a contrast ratio of 9,500:1 – Retina series indoor LED panels integrate premium, blackface LED pixels that deliver ultra-high contrast imagery natively. The HDR-friendly, vibrant colors offer exceptionally deep blacks and smooth gradients that enhance content-to-color accuracy. Black LED technology is non-reflective to ensure external lighting does not affect your production or set design, along with a high level of reliability and power efficiency.

Creative Function - Reliable Modularity

Retina series panels offer optional convex/concave capabilities along with optional seamless 90-degree corners to provide dynamic flexibility for creative deployment in a variety of applications. Retina panels can be flown or ground-stacked effortlessly and are cross-compatible with 500x500mm (19×19″) panels for specific screen size requirements.

Retina-2.6X is front and rear-serviceable with magnetically attached LED modules for easy user-level service and maintenance. Direct connections between modules and internal components, free of flat ribbon cables, ensure high stability and low maintenance. A fully detachable, easy-swap power supply housing make user-level serviceability quick and efficient guaranteeing minimal downtime. Integrated edge and corner protection protect LED pixels from damage for a true high-resolution, low-maintenance solution.
