DioPlex HD-4 is a high-resolution, 4.8mm pixel pitch outdoor LED video wall panel designed to provide a robust, yet cost-effective solution for permanent install applications. Its high pixel density provides a fully scalable solution for close viewing distances and increased image detail in a robust IP67 rated enclosure that ensures long-lasting operation in a variety of weather conditions. DioPlex HD-4 features high-output, high-contrast SMD encapsulated LEDs to deliver stunningly vivid images optimized for visibility in broad daylight, and preserve color consistency with lower brightness settings.  DioPlex HD series are uniquely both front- and rear-serviceable with a lightweight design featuring patented aluminum convective heat-sink modules for efficient, fanless operation.

Front & rear IP67-rated. Sealed, twist-lock LED modules feature a tapered soffit design for water drainage. Fully enclosed power/data connections with IP-rated connectors for added protection.

Pixel Durability

Louvered module masking design above each LED pixel to provide added protection against impact damage with improved contrast ratios.

Easy Servicing

Front & rear serviceable via twist-lock LED modules. Detachable components enclosure for simplified turnkey accessibility to internal components and connections.

A low-profile pixel design provides exceptional contrast ratios with reduced sunlight reflection for optimal visibility in broad-daylight while preserving color quality at lower-brightness levels for low-ambient light applications. DioPlex HD series can provide refresh rates up to 3,840≥ Hz for camera environments and fluid image movements.

DioPlex HD is designed to offer a high level of durability with functionality to cater to the needs of permanent outdoor applications that ensure long-lasting operation. Its open-frame design provides a lightweight solution with enclosed power/data connections for a true weatherproof solution. Aluminum LED modules integrate a heat-sink chassis design to provide fanless cooling with optimal efficiency, and feature front & rear accessible twist locks for a weather-tight seal to provide easy access on both sides. DioPlex HD features direct connections between modules and internal components along with a detachable PSU housing for easy turnkey accessibility for future servicing.
