DioPlex-10 is a 10mm pixel pitch outdoor-rated LED video cabinet designed for permanent install applications. It features high-output, high-contrast SMD LEDs from 6,000 – 10,000 NITS that deliver stunningly vivid images optimized for visibility in even the most extreme daylight conditions while preserving color quality and maintaining efficiency. DioPlex series features a fan-less, open-frame cabinet design with aluminum heat-sink modules with common-cathode technology that provides industry-leading efficiency even in extreme climate conditions. DioPlex is a robust IP67-rated design that can effortlessly resist adverse weather conditions 24/7. DioPlex offers full front- and rear-serviceability with multiple cabinet sizes and customization options for dynamic scalability.

Optional corrosion-resistant coated design for coastal environments. Anti-corrosive Goldwire LEDs with an enhanced silicone coating, protecting solder points from corrosive air particles.

Flexibility

DioPlex series offers complete, bespoke customization options designed to accommodate the unique creative architecture of any installation site. DioPlex can be configured in flat, convex, concave, and 90-degree corner options for a wide range of creative flexibility. DioPlex is offered in a standard 37×37″ (960x960mm) cabinet size (SMD models) with additional custom cabinet sizes available to accommodate precise screen dimensions.

Intense Brightness

DioPlex is available in three different brightness options to accommodate any sort of ambient light application. Standard models start at an astounding 6,500~ NITS exceeding the industry minimum standards for daylight visibility. Plus+ models can provide an enhanced level of brightness at 8,500~ NITS that can further offer eye-catching attention. Ultra-High Output models offer an intense 10,000 NITS of brightness for the most extreme ambient lighting conditions. All while maintaining exceptional efficiency levels. All variants feature 100-bit adjustable dimming that can maintain its color quality at lower brightness levels.

Lasting Durability | Easy Serviceability

Designed with flexibility in mind, DioPlex is uniquely both front & rear serviceable, with turnkey pass-thru accessibility to LED modules and internal components resulting in ergonomic installation and easy serviceability. Modular LED sections with front & rear accessible twist locks provide a tight seal. Connection points are small, while the rest of the components are completely enclosed, resulting in virtually zero water penetration. The central power housing is fully detachable from the front of the cabinet frame for easier and safer servicing in limited access circumstances. Direct PCB smart module connections provide fewer points of failure for greater stability, easier troubleshooting, and can maintain color uniformity.

Optional Redundancy

DioPlex series can be optionally configured with Redundant Power Supplies and redundant data signals providing further enhanced reliability for critical operation. Users can effortlessly monitor the status of each panel within the LED screen system to know when a panel requires service without impacting visibility or operation.

DioPlex series come standard with DVS’ industry-leading, 5-Year Signature Limited Warranty. Plus+ and Ultra-High Output variants are available with optional extended 7-Year & 10-Year warranties providing long-term peace of mind with your investment.
