ZERA XP™ incorporates DVS’s XP™ MicroLED technology. A patent-pending high-brightness MicroLED-in-Package design for indoor and outdoor use featuring an ultra-black substrate and, distinctive matte-finish protective coating. It delivers high brightness output with a contrast ratio of up to 40,000:1 that not only produces bold colors, but absorbs ambient light to deliver the same level of outdoor daylight visibility at a significantly lower power consumption. The proprietary facia coating delivers an ultra-wide 175-degree viewing angle, along with extreme pixel surface durability up to 10 times stronger than conventional SMD LEDs.

Equipped with DVS’s Infinite Intelligent Drive IC technology, ZERA XP offers up to 24-bit Grayscale, delivering maximum color reproduction for a bold visual experience that also maximizes efficiency to reduce power consumption. ZERA is available with 5G processing by Brompton or NovaStar for maximum processing capabilities. With a standard 7,680≥ Hz refresh rate and ultra-low latency support, ZERA can effortlessly support critical studio, broadcast, and on-camera applications with accuracy.

ZERA XP is designed with reliability first. Thoughtfully engineered with a high efficency, low-thermal, fanless design to preserve component longevity and component failures internally – Yet it still embraces a modular component design for quick and simple maintenance. Front and rear serviceable with magnetically attached LED modules. Connections between modules and internal components are direct, pin-less connections, free of flat ribbon cables to ensure high stability and low maintenance. All internal components are integrated into a single detachable, easy-swap housing, making user-level serviceability quick and efficient, guaranteeing minimal downtime.

ZERA XP, despite its strong pixel durability and rugged coating, is designed in a unique way that still allows pixels to be repaired, preserving the color accuracy as the screen ages with use over time.

ZERA also features DVS’s patented recessed module design to protect the LED module chassis against collision to prevent permanent damage, along with integrated flip-out corner protectors for further protection.

ZERA’s standard size is 500x1000mm (19×39″) for quicker installation, reduced gaps, and lower upfront cost. A 500×500 half panel is also available to complement ZERA full-size panels to achieve more precise sizes and aspect ratios.
