Due to the customized nature of DigiPlex for size, pixel pitch, mounting type and number of sides. DigiPlex solutions are exclusively manufactured to order. Delivery times are approximately 8-12 weeks.

We offer a selection of common sizes for each model for ease of configuration as well as offer customized sizes according to customer specification within minimum/ maximum sizes listed below.

Minimum Configurable Size (WxH): 5 x 3 feet

Maximum Configurable Size (WxH): 10 x 6 feet 

For sizes less than minimum, we encourage considering an TV/LCD solution. For sizes greater than maximum, we advise using the DioPlex series.

DigiPlex can mounted in a variety of ways including Wall, Pole, and Ceiling mounted. Additional mounting methods such as Cantilever, Side Pole are also available.

Yes, through the ViPlex Handy app for Apple iOS and Android Devices. (Requires local wifi connection)

A computer is required for setup, advance control, settings adjustments and local diagnostics. A PC running Windows 10 or Higher is required. Mac computers are not supported.

NOTE: Content can be managed from mobile or tablet devices on both iOS and Android operating systems. VNNOX cloud management does not have any operating system restrictions.

DigiPlex features a lower pixel density to provide higher brightness levels and durability at a more economical cost, and require some viewing distance to see clearly. While DigiPlex signs are considered high-resolution, they are not within HD territory to suit TV or Movie applications.

For sizes less than 100″ we recommend considering an outdoor TV. For sizes over 100″ we advise considering an LED video wall with DioPlex HD series.

We do not supply any mounting structures or poles. We advise working with a metal fabricator, general contractor, or local sign provider who can assist you with implementing a structure that will best work for your needs.

We do not provide professional installation services. However, we do have a network of authorized dealers or we can work with your preferred local sign installer for implementation.

Due to the weight of DigiPlex signs, special equipment may be required to properly and safely install. Therefore, we only recommend that DigiPlex is installed by qualified professionals.

Due to the weight and single unit design of DigiPlex, a crane or special lifting equipment may be required to install the sign.

DigiPlex is rated for commercial, permanent installations only. It is not rated for installation on trucks, mobile trailers or other moving vehicles.

Yes. However, we recommend connecting to a cellular network through external modem from a 3rd party vendor for stability and carrier flexibility that can provide best connectivity performance within your area.

DVS does not provide support services for cellular connectivity.

Your local jurisdiction may require you to obtain a permit in order to install your DigiPlex sign. Please contact your local city or county permits department for more information and ordinance requirements.

For local on-site management via Local Area Network (LAN) or Local WiFi, the control and media software is free of charge.

For remote cloud management via VNNOX Cloud, an annual subscription fee applies. Monthly fees may apply for internet or cellular network access from your ISP or cellular carrier

A 5-year parts and off-site labor warranty is included with each purchase. If purchasing from an authorized dealer, extended warranty services may be available.

Spare Parts: Each order will include complimentary spare parts to keep on-hand to ensure issues can be resolved quickly and minimize downtime. These parts are replaced or repaired free of charge throughout the warranty term.

Technical Support: Technical support is included with each order for diagnostic and operational troubleshooting assistance of hardware. Our technical support services do not include content management, IT or cellular network support.

Training: Each order is eligible for ONE (1) complimentary remote setup and training session of the software products included with the order.
